Pentru protejarea terenurilor agricole se impune crearea f\u00e2\u0219iilor forestiere antierozionale, care vor avea rol de barier\u0103 natural\u0103 \u00eempotriva v\u00e2nturilor puternice sau a scurgerilor de pe versan\u021bi. De asemenea, este prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103durirea \u0219i \u00eenierbarea v\u00e2lcelelor, a terenurilor afectate de alunec\u0103ri sau ravenelor formate \u00een timp. \u00cen acela\u0219i scop, vor fi construite sisteme hidrotehnice precum diguri, baraje, treceri tubulare \u0219i terasamente care regleaz\u0103 viteza \u0219i volumul scurgerilor de pe versan\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru terenurile afectate de salinizare, compactare sau degradare chimic\u0103, sunt prev\u0103zute m\u0103suri de ameliorare chimic\u0103 \u0219i organic\u0103. Astfel, se \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 includerea ierburilor perene \u0219i leguminoaselor \u00een asolament, \u00eendeosebi \u00een zonele cu soluri erodate sau \u00een pant\u0103. \u00cen vii \u0219i livezi este obligatorie \u00eenierbarea spa\u021biilor dintre r\u00e2nduri cu amestecuri de ierburi perene, pentru a preveni sp\u0103larea solului. Pe p\u0103\u0219uni, \u00een special cele situate pe versan\u021bi, se va recurge la \u00eens\u0103m\u00e2n\u021barea cu specii rezistente la secet\u0103, care asigur\u0103 un covor vegetal protector \u0219i durabil.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru realizarea acestor investi\u021bii \u00een \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri funciare, statul ofer\u0103 sprijin financiar. Subven\u021biile \u00een avans acoper\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 80% din costul proiectului investi\u021bional eligibil, iar plata se face \u00een dou\u0103 tran\u0219e: 70% la \u00eenceputul lucr\u0103rilor, \u00een baza aprob\u0103rii proiectului investi\u021bional, \u0219i 30% dup\u0103 finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor \u0219i prezentarea documentelor justificative.
