Printr-o sentin\u021b\u0103 recent\u0103 a Judec\u0103toriei Orhei, sediul Rezina, acesta a primit o pedeaps\u0103 de 2 ani de \u00eenchisoare cu executare \u00eentr-un penitenciar de tip semi\u00eenchis, iar dreptul s\u0103u de a conduce a fost anulat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instan\u021ba a decis suspendarea par\u021bial\u0103 a unui an din pedeaps\u0103, stabilind o perioad\u0103 de proba\u021biune de un an, sub supravegherea autorit\u0103\u021bilor competente.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit probelor acumulate \u00een cadrul urm\u0103ririi penale, la data de 4 februarie 2025, \u00een jurul orei 21:30, b\u0103rbatul a fost surprins conduc\u00e2nd un automobil \u201eOpel Astra\u201d prin localitatea Cob\u00eelea, raionul \u0218old\u0103ne\u0219ti, av\u00e2nd o alcoolemie de 0,71 mg\/l \u00een aerul expirat, conform testului efectuat cu aparatul \u201eDrager\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Procesul penal \u0219i judecarea cauzei au durat mai pu\u021bin de dou\u0103 luni.
