De asemenea, va exista o majorare a amenzilor pentru fumatul \u00een locuri interzise, cu sanc\u021biuni de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 15.000 de lei pentru persoanele juridice \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la 2.250 de lei pentru persoanele fizice, care ar putea s\u0103 fie obligate \u0219i s\u0103 presteze munc\u0103 \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Comercializarea produselor din tutun \u00een locuri interzise sau c\u0103tre minori va atrage amenzi de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20.000 de lei.
