De asemenea, instan\u021ba a dispus confiscarea sumei de 299.400 de lei, bani ob\u021binu\u021bi din comiterea infrac\u021biunii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potrivit probelor, \u00eentre 2015-2016, avocatul, \u00een complicitate cu o alt\u0103 persoan\u0103, ar fi solicitat \u0219i primit bani de la clientul s\u0103u pentru a influen\u021ba judec\u0103torii \u0219i procurorii \u00een procesul acestuia.
