Conform Inspectoratului General al Poli\u021biei de Frontier\u0103, aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 reduce birocra\u021bia \u0219i asigur\u0103 transparen\u021ba \u00een interac\u021biunea cu autorit\u0103\u021bile de la frontier\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reforma legislativ\u0103 este aliniat\u0103 la standarde europene \u00eenalte \u0219i vizeaz\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea securit\u0103\u021bii, fluidizarea trecerii frontierei \u0219i protejarea drepturilor cet\u0103\u021benilor. Un alt beneficiu este facilitarea activit\u0103\u021bilor economice \u00een zona de frontier\u0103. Activit\u0103\u021bile economice \u00een perimetrul de 1.000 de metri de la linia frontierei se pot desf\u0103\u0219ura cu acordul Poli\u021biei de Frontier\u0103, care elibereaz\u0103 avize pentru aceste activit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, opera\u021biunile aeriene cu drone \u00een zona de frontier\u0103 sunt reglementate, acestea fiind permise doar \u00een timpul zilei \u0219i cu un permis special eliberat de Poli\u021bia de Frontier\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Procedurile pentru ob\u021binerea permiselor de acces \u0219i avizelor pentru activit\u0103\u021bile din zona de frontier\u0103 au fost digitalizate prin sistemul ,,e-Permis\u201d. Poli\u021bia de Frontier\u0103 \u0219i Serviciul Vamal pot acum s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i transfere competen\u021bele, ceea ce va asigura un control mai rapid \u0219i mai eficient al persoanelor \u0219i mijloacelor de transport.<\/p>\n<p>Cadrul legislativ a fost adaptat la standardele UE \u0219i recomand\u0103rile agen\u021biilor interna\u021bionale pentru drepturile fundamentale, inclusiv Strategia FRONTEX \u0219i recomand\u0103rile FRA.
