At\u00e2t transportul de pasageri, c\u00e2t \u0219i cel de m\u0103rfuri au ajuns la cele mai sc\u0103zute niveluri din ultimii 100 de ani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cauzele principale ale colapsului<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CFM func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la doar 4% din capacitatea sa istoric\u0103, iar angaja\u021bii sunt \u00een strad\u0103, protest\u00e2nd pentru salariile nepl\u0103tite. De ce s-a ajuns aici?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Lipsa investi\u021biilor \u0219i managementul defectuos \u2013 CFM nu a fost modernizat, iar lipsa de viziune a blocat orice \u0219ans\u0103 de revitalizare.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00a0Infrastructura orientat\u0103 gre\u0219it \u2013 \u00cen timp ce fluxurile comerciale \u0219i de pasageri se \u00eendreapt\u0103 spre Europa, ecartamentul feroviar moldovenesc este orientat spre est, limit\u00e2nd drastic conectivitatea cu Vestul.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Lipsa unei strategii economice coerente \u2013 S-a crezut naiv c\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 investi\u021bii sau reforme, lucrurile se vor rezolva de la sine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
