Unul din subiec\u021bii declar\u0103rii este func\u021bionar public cu statut special din cadrul MAI, altul \u2013 fost func\u021bionar public \u00een cadrul Procuraturii Generale a Republicii Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Inspectorul de integritate va transmite cauza \u00een instan\u021ba de judecat\u0103 spre examinare \u00een vederea dispunerii confisc\u0103rii averii nejustificate \u00een m\u0103rimea diferen\u021bei substan\u021biale constatate.<\/p>\n<p>Din data r\u0103m\u00eenerii definitive \u0219i irevocabile a hot\u0103r\u00eerii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti prin care se confirm\u0103 existen\u021ba averii nejustificate sau din data r\u0103m\u00eenerii definitive a actului de constatare, persoanelor supuse controlului le vor fi \u00eencetate raporturile de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Subiec\u021bii declar\u0103rii vor fi dec\u0103zu\u021bi din dreptul de a exercita anumite func\u021bii, cu excep\u021bia func\u021biilor eligibile, pe o perioad\u0103 de 3 ani, fiind \u00eenscri\u0219i \u00een Registrul de stat al persoanelor care au interdic\u021bie de a ocupa o func\u021bie public\u0103 sau o func\u021bie de demnitate public\u0103.
